What is your passion for work or in life?
Giving back to the community, more than anything.
I'm passionate about alot of things. I think personal development and wealth education is what really gets me going. I find myself enjoying teaching. My dad is more of a teacher but and I've always said I dont want to teach. But I think that's the road I'm going to travel. and that's just one thing I'm passionate about.
I'm passionate about making cash and investing it. That's why I'm here.
Helping people and trying to be a blessing.
Doing and making things that add value to people's lives. Basically, innovating things, and being of service to people.
Adding value to people's lives...doing well by doing good!

My passion is, and has been for quite a while - Internet Marketing!
It's not about the money for me. Sure, cash is great but it's not what drives me... The Internet is all about people being connected and Marketing is all about the psychology of people. So I guess I just like people!

Impacting the market you operate in, contributing to the community to maintain and enhance the people you serve so you continue to operate, setting and achieving personal goals, looking back and laughing at mistakes or naive mindsets you had that now you say "wow, I thought that", and being able to make change and personal wealth.

in a word: innovating!
Which community and how much do you owe them?
I like to teach too, but I think it more as a way of understanding myself certain subjects.
My passions:
TRAVELLING + ARCHITECTURE = CRUISESHIPS
I haven't ever been on a cruise, I doubt I'd enjoy most of the current proposals, but I love the concept: moving hotel, moving real estate, oceans of taxation freedom, an exponentially increasing hospitality sector, and on top of that they're environmentally efficient.
I.E.: tropical cruises are noisy and annoying but with really cool ships. Arctic cruises are cool, in interesting vessels, but with no cool ammenity, (or no ammenities whatsoever). I want to take the best of each part and integrate it.
OMG the diversity of opportunities that will stem from this industry in the next decades!
I am also passionate about History, Geography, and a little bit of Futurology (singularity, kurzweil AI),
