When you come across a website or blog, what turns you off about it or what keeps you going back?

Cheap in your face self promotion and highly leveraged "accomplishments" from those who are clearly "faiking it till they make it". Cluttered and virtually useless google ad's that take up and make wasted space and a generally bad experience showing no ingenuity, no creative thinking or critical thinking or even common sense, and no substance.
Overexagerated product claims that can NEVER meet expectations, People whith nare an accomplishment under their belt and no experience selling "self help/how to make $ products... people who can't offer up anything other than yesterdays handovers created by someone else.
short sightnedness, action without thought, understanding or reason.
(that would be my short list of turnoff's)
^ So basically 3/4ths of the websites people post on this site. Personally i like bubbly colorful sites, I guess web 2.0 is what its called (I Still dont understand this concept)
The number one thing for me is overcrowded web pages. I have an extremely short attention span and it's even shorter when I'm surfing the web. If I come to a site with no central focal point and tons of columns with random crap thrown all over the place I hit the X button in a tenth of a second.
I like websites that are clearly laid out and easy to navigate. I don't want to see the owner show off his/her awesome skills in website design and programming with the latest flash presentations, etc...I want to find what I'm looking for and fast.
