Hi everyone,

As I mentioned in my 'Introduction' post I have just set up a pet sitting business and am studying in my final year of my BA degree. My Degree is Publishing with English (sound random, no?) and one of my modules this semester is entitled User Centred Design. For this module we have to identify the information needs of a user group and design a service to help fulfil those needs. Due to my own business I decided it would be fun to investigate the information needs of people looking to set up their own business and was wondering if anyone here would like to help out by answering a short survey (10 questions, will take less then five mins I promise) about what kinds of information you were/are looking for when setting up a business.
