    Thumbs up The Ultimate House

Look at the house I want, I've got to have it.

Click on this link to see it now.

John McMonigle has more better houses too, but I like the location for this one, it's perfect.

Which one is your dream house?

Looks like a waste of money to me. If I were rich, I'd still live humbly.

Well, I don't particularly like single family homes - maybe some designs.

I do like high rise condos, like this one here in Dallas, Texas. Starting at $800,000 for one bedroom floor plans: The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, Dallas

Instead of a $165,000,000 dollar house I would buy several places of dwelling; Hawaii, Puerto Vallarta (Mexico), Florida, Condo in New York, Small Villa in Spain, Cottage in Switzerland, and still have enough money to buy a small private jet (plus fuel for a couple hundred flights to and from each of those places.)

But again, thats me, I'm just a different breed of cat.

We're talking Beverly Hills. This is one of the best places in the world. This house is easily worth every penny at $165m! I want it.

When I lived down there, I used to gawk at mansions around there in BH (north of Sunset Blvd.). What an excellent neighborhood full of shade, redwoods, peacefulness, beauty, and proximity to the Sunset Strip and Golden Triangle.

As for me, I personally love Beverly Hills, but I prefer a more conservative, traffic-free, and friendly environment. I love John McMonigle's Orange County listings.

I could live in Newport Beach or Laguna Beach in a heartbeat.

Newport Beach....interesting area. A friend of mine has a house there thats about 30,000 sq ft. and they are asking 75 million for it.....funny though, its been for sale for so long

In my opinion, it would be nice if somebody gave it too me, but if I had the money, I would have a nice 5-10 sq ft sitting on the water in Seattle or Malibu. In Seattle 2-5 million , in Malibu 10-15 million
