Its Hollywood. They will always tell the story so it's entertaining and "inspirational" don't get me wrong, I thought It send a good message and was a great movie, but I've always heard then when someone tells you a story of success, they "inflate" or hype the story then what it really was.

The subject of the Will Smith movie, Christopher Gardner, about a homeless single father who became a San Francisco stockbroker, has become a multimillion-dollar enterprise.
"I always tell people that wherever you are is not where you have to be," said Gardner, in an interview. Gardner's mother convinced him that no matter where he came from, he could do whatever he wanted, even make a million bucks.
----> Whether the story is hyped or understated, the matter of fact here is it make a very good point that we can decide to better ourselves, even in the worst of situation.

I haven't seen this movie yet, but I'd like to. I've heard great raves about it.

I think more important that just the story is exactly the point that Ravi Panchal made. Anyone can lift themselves out of their situation. You just gotta be willing to learn how, then do what you learn and adapt to find your success.
