If anyone is wondering, the reason I deleted my posts in this thread is because I've realized that discussing politics and candidates is a negative drain on my energy. It just puts me in a bad state of mind. So I'm going to refrain from talking or even thinking about it.

I'm going to go back to being apathetic because I really can't make a difference anyway, so why stress over it. That's the only reason. It's not to make you guys look like fools for debating non-existing posts.

I've just realized that ever since I started rooting for a candidate, started learning about the core issues, etc. I started to realize what a sad state we are in. I devoted a lot of time and energy over these past few months to a certain candidate. And I just don't want to think about it any more. I don't care who wins or loses.

Most news, politics, etc. is negative. People get excited about negativity. I admit I did it too when I joined this thread. I was tempted to bash certain candidates for their apparent flaws. I was too focused on his flaws, and overall, I succumbed to talking about all his flaws.

Please forgive me for being so negative. And I hope you can see why I don't want to discuss these things any more.
