yes, it is cool. the perspective is consistent with allen morgan's presentation rules [rule no 3] (expanded on, and linked to by david beisel and seth levine)

newbie note: allen's rules are the best, the immutable and the standard pitching rules...and all other rules are irrelevant in comparison (save kawasaki's powerpoint rules, which are a specialist topic)

In Real Estate it all come down to the numbers and the team. When we submit a package to the investor he says yes or no.
