    The Art of Finishing

Entrepreneurs are usually EXCELLENT starters. We are constantly thinking and perfecting our ideas. Simply put, we make things happen.

But there is a serious flaw (at least I have this serious flaw). I tend to leave many things unfinished. It happens quite a lot when I start going into the very deep details of a project, I tend to encounter these troubles:

    1. I realized the idea doesn't work.
    2. I realized the revenue model for the idea doesn't work.
    3. I am distracted by other newly discovered fun projects.
    4. I become bored with the minor details of a project.

So how do you all finish? What do you do that helps you stay focused?

    Some great points.

I think the moment you realise clearly that an idea doesn't work, change it. And if the new idea doesn't work, change it. Don't do something that doesn't work. Do something that will work.

I also think that alot of people start businesses thinking that riches will come thick and fast. Hence, when this doesn't happen, they give up, thinking the business is a failure.

What I have learnt is that business is very unglamorous. Your earnings will build up slowly. Daily, consistent effort must be made towards the business to build it up. Yes, it is boring and tedious work, but each mansion started out as rubble.
