I would maybe make your homepage have some more information on what it is the website can do for them. Maybe tell them the benefits of choosing your service over someone elses to sell the customer on making your service the choice.

I'm working on an article-based site for college students. I've been working on it for about a year now and I'm just about to start trying to monetize the site now that I'm getting a bit of traffic (not much, but some). It's been a lot of fun and a great learning experience but I'm not sure how it's going to translate into a money maker or even a job after I graduate college in, er... three weeks (ahhh! Sorry, in a bit of panic mode with graduation so close, haha). Anyway, DormWise has been a great project and I've learned a ton.

Well I'm running 3 business. I have a soap business!! Its a product which I import from Malaysia and market it here in Singapore. The soap is made of 95% clay and is great for the skin..

I do run a few other portals since my formal background is in Computing...basicly I'm a geek with business brain - my friends tell me..haha..So we do websites for small companies and hopefully in future we can deal with bigger companies. That's where the real moolah are. I'm still learning to incorporate Internet Marketing into our business before we could put it into full swing.

We also provide online and offline advertising through our portals and flyers only distributed in Singapore.

Then I'm also running my own blog that generate income from adsense. Well I consider that a business too even though its not registered. Still earning a few hundred per month.
