I'm seeking some info on tax liens as its interested me since I started learning a few things about it a while back. I was wondering if someone could provide me with the following info since I can't find it after extensive searching, somebody else may be able to find it in a heartbeat:

a. State of Delaware Law's on Tax Lien Purchases
b. State of Maryland Law's on Tax Lien Purchases

Also, if anybody has any knowledge in this field and can share their information I will greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
