Wellness is simply the personal betterment of one's body in terms of health. Simple things such as alkalizing one's diet, exercising, etc are ways in which one may increase their wellness.

I have a feeling this is a pitch for some MLM related business. His username brings to mind an old MLM several years back called Mannatech, a health related MLM. I could be wrong but sounds like it.

If you got a million dollar oppurtunity , you wouldn't share it with anyone.
