Suggestion?

Howdy All,

I understand I am still new to this forum but I thought I would put forward a humble suggestion for discussion. In my experience so called "Rolodex Picking Networking" sessions have faired pretty well. Usually you see these in interest-oriented groups such as NGO's, Hobby-Groups but also in CofC's and Board of Trade's.

The basic idea is short, to the point, requests. People that are working on current ventures and have identified a specific person or type of person they need to contact put out the request. It is not a forum for "Who would I contact if I needed this?" or "Where would I found a person like this?". Its simply, I need a Creative designer that does this, or I am looking to sell my product to this type of store. The idea being as a community things will "balance out". Every single member of this site knows someone that another member should meet. It is just often difficult to realize that.

Just a suggestion. The face to face versions of this, as afore mentioned, have done wonders for me.
