Sorry to hear your story but you need to put this down to experience and move on.
Nothing will ever feel the same as the excitement of that first business venture and your first success (much like our first loves etc), but you will go on as a wiser person and have further success if you can put this behind you.
You will have learnt, the hard way, that next time round you need to be a little less trusting or get proper legal advice or ....
As long as you have learnt something the experience wasn't a waste. Your next business may be even more successful and even bigger but I bet that you won't make the same mistakes again. I know I don't!!
Important thing is not to let this eat away at you and make you jaded but there is an old saying that goes something like "show me someone who has never failed and I will show you someone who has never tried" so keep on trying!
