I've posted one of my stress-reducing technique at http://youngentrepreneur.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=24033

When it's at work, try to find what's stressing you out and think of ways to prevent that. Focus on what you want!

Exercise & Good Diet like fruits, veggies, and protein combine with supplements like multi vitamins & Vitamin B also helps.

Remember this quote "When you see problems, you're taking your eye off your goals" Brian Tracy

Good and healthy food, find some great company now and then and he best stress buster of all, taking the time to laugh. Go find something funny. You deserve it.

The best stress releases I have are exercising and taking time for myself. When I was younger and a bachelor I would go to the gym a lot and found that to be a productive and healthy way to take out the days stress. Now I find that if I take my radio with me on a long walk and listen to the Yankees or ESPN I am refreshed, getting healthy and likely to get better sleep.

I also force myself to take time for myself when possible. An entrepreneurs work is never done, but you need to know when it is right to take a few days and just smell the roses.

Something refreshing probably. Brain freezing! But for me, I dig ice cream.

When I'm stressed, I like to go outdoors. Have a walk at a park and breath fresh air. And I also want to scream at the top of my lungs.

I came up with the ultimate stress reliever:
    Go buy a
*** cheap pickup truck / beater car
(I got a sweet little red '87 Nissan XE 5 speed for like $300 - 26+ mpg, durable, lasted 2 years + so far!).
*** dark chocolate candy bar (cacao reserve is really nice)!
*** drive around in the mountains and mud, eat the chocolate and blast some good tunes.
    Whenever I'm feeling down,
    ~It never fails~

*** Or if your in good enough shape, run up a mountain as far up the path as you can.
Keep a steady pace, reach the top and look at the city below you. Breathe.
Then RUN down the steep path. Takes lots of concentration, and you feel really good afterward.

Sound like you made quite the investment with that Nissan, wish I had the mountains and mud in San Diego.

I play 1st person shooter games for stress relief. I like battlefield, quake wars enemy terretory, CSS, Halflife 2,Halo 3 is my new addiction. Everytime i kill someone I get much relief. By the time I am done playing most first person shooter games, I don't even know what stress is.
