Well a while back I tried to start a business (a sort of information service with some concierge duty) without realising that the service was provided for FREE by the city's hotels!

It wasn't until 2 months into it (when I only had 3 customers) that I realised this.

I used to be a very shy person. It wasnt really a long time ago.

I was and still am in the process of setting up my office furniture business. I think that one of the most courageous things i ever did was making my first sales call and making my first sales visit. Things are much easier now. From this limited experience I learnt something. I would keep procrastinating my first sales call. Tired of my own fear I told myself that my entire business career, my dreams would end then and there if i didnt make that first sales call. It was only when I put everything at stake that I could really break my fear. It is imperative that i mention here the help i've received from the many forums in YE.

I still have a long long way to go. Hope someone finds this useful.
