I do a number of things, all on my own. My site generates a couple hundred dollars a month in revenue and the revenue is growing on a monthly basis. I am also a buyer for a business man who lives in Japan, he owns his own clothing store and imports muscle cars which he refurbishes, then resells. I also own a small stake in his clothing stores, which provides me with a monthly income and I am also paid by him to be his buyer as well.

I also own a few rental properties and 105 acres of timberland, which I contract out on a yearly basis to maple sugar producers. I also recently completed a book, based around my life here in Los Angeles, and at this point I am querying literary agents with the hopes that one takes me on as a client.

I have my hands everywhere, which is great, but very time consuming.

It's hard to give percentages on my income, only because its different each month.

100% from my 9- whatever day job. I'm a mortgage broker and am currently working part time in a hombased business called Passport to Wealth. Hoping to make that my full time from home to spend more time with my family. Just started it Oct. 21st and have 4 sales so I guess I'm doing OK.
