Someone like me here? Can not sleep, when I have a new biz idea?

Always when I get a new business idea I can not sleep.
I am setting up the business and marketing plan and making strategies in my head, and it is really impossible to sleep.
The next day the plans are worthless anyway ha ha

Anyone with the same "problem" ?

yes. this is a common problem which comes under the heading of worry. it's just something you need to work through. if you don't you will find truth in the observation that businessmen who worry - die young.

much science has been applied to this area, and your first port of call should be Dale Carnegie's "How to stop worrying and start living". It's written specifically for people in your situation.

This used to be how it was for me. But I am so busy now that I am kind of dismayed - I no longer come up with brilliant ideas like I used to. I ought to take a week off to just do absolutely nothing - and hopefully bring up some brilliant thoughts again! Becuase it's a great feeling!
