Can anyone tell me some good networking sites to promote my graphic design business ? I'm looking to make relationships first.

If you want to promote your site, you can join in social network sites like Furl.net, Faves, Twitter, Stumbleupon, etc. You can easy find the list of plenty social network sites in Google and other search engines.

Do you have a portfolio? If you do (and its well designed) you can submit to the CSS galleries - there are literally hundreds

I would suggest getting an account set up on Flickr. You can either do this for free or you can chose to get a $25/yr membership that does not limit your usage (MBs) uploaded per month.

With Flickr you will be able to tag your work with specific key words, as well as join groups that align with your interests and of which you can UPLOAD your pics/work to the group pool, thus getting it out to all the members and so on.
