    Solar & Wind Energy Sales

I have a very small firm; salesperson and assistant (appointment setter). Our primary core skill is Sales & Marketing, and I am looking for diversification opportunities, wanting to sell other products/services in different industries.

Currently we market and sell to these industries:
    1) B2B: Employee Benefits Solutions (Insurance)
    2) B2C: Mortgage Protection Insurance

I really would like to diversify and sell products that might require technical know-how or technical ability, my college degree is in Electrical Engineering Technology.

Also would like to find out if there are sales opportunities in the Solar and Wind Power Energy Sales Industry.

Waiting for feedback. My email is: b-morgan(at)earthlink(dot)net

    Thanks.
    All the best...
    Brian Morgan

I guess you should do some scouting around to see what are the needs in your area and then go from there. Get some technical data about wind speeds and number of sunny days per year etc. Once you have all that info you can then work out the type of products you can market. It may be a nice idea to team up with some construction firm so that they can refer you new clients for home they build/restore.

So what? You would sell stuff that I could power my home off of wind and solar energy?

    I'm in.

I have a contact that is currently working on developing a revolutionary solar energy technology that would greatly reduce if not completely eliminate demand for oil. He's not much of an entrepreneur as he is a inventor. When the time comes I'm going to be helping him to market it and if I feel we can help each other then I will get in contact with you through email.
