    Sleep interfere with work?

Does anyone else have a set bed time but it always seems to get in the way? Am I the only one who can't work 24 hours, 7 days a week?

Don't work too hard. You might develope health problems, or die before you can enjoy the fruits of your labour.
    Let's make some money.

I have a good sleeping-cycle. I am up 18 hours and sleep 6, when I am a sleep one of my workmates is up.

    Me: 00:00-18:00
    Workmate 1: 06:00-00:00
    Workmate 2: 10:00-04:00

Works perfect, 1 hour gym and 1 hour eating, are the only breaks we have from work.

The sleepcycle is different depending on what time-zone the client we are working with has. The point of it, is to work full office hours for them.

Why do you have to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? Life isn't all about working.
