The post above is a technique I use to draw viewers for my customers, in this case Sunshine Wealth Partners.

I build a quick web page with content (in this case videos) that will be interesting to viewers in the demographic group my client is looking for. I include advertising info on the page so that viewers can read about what my client has to offer & hopefully call or signup. I can build multiple pages with different content to draw more people or tweak the content to attract viewers in different demographic groups.

This technique can be especially useful in situations where sites restrict the posting of advertising or where people are less open to advertising.

In the one day the site was up (yesterday)the site received 30 visits. Note, I used a bit.ly link to reference the site since bit.ly offers some near-realtime usage stats.

Note, the conversion rate (number of people who sign-up divided by the number who visit the site) for a site like this will be somewhat lower than a direct sales appeal, but hopefully it should draw more viewers than a direct appeal.
