Signature Enforcement

It took awhile, but I finally found the signature rules here:

a. The maximum number of lines in the signature should not exceed 4.
b. Using text larger than 3 is not allowed in signatures.
c. Images are disabled in the signature.
d. The text in your signature must abide by all other rules.
e. We do not approve similar entrepreneurial forums within your signatures unless approved by Administrators.

There are sooo many folks here who consistently break them. Shouldn't these rules (and all others) actually be enforced?

Well I haven't got the rights to edit your signatures or ban you's. Theres only 2 administrators on the site, and one super mod - I've no idea what the difference is between us regular mods and the superior kind?

I'm not really sure either. I know I can ban users and edit their signature.
