i think there are shops selling these kind of shoes in my home country..
in fact, there is someone i knew who does that too..

    However,
the drawing & its designs are done on white, brandless, relatively low cost shoes..
with the drawings & designs, the margins are considerably well..
so it is not an issue..

Just a thought, what if you find a wholesaler that will sell you shoes. Then, you it might be alond the lines of legal. I'm no expert, but it seems like that might work.

    i figure it might work..
you just ship in some shoes from wholesale, or factories as "raw" materials, then you can get it started..

It will be good to work on brandless shoes, like what my friend had done with whioe, brandless canvas shoe..
i think it is a WRONG idea to disfigure an AIR Jordan..

I found a store that sells wholesale shoes. But the shoes they are selling is Class A shoes which means the manufacturer is not the original company. They just use its brand. But the quality of the shoes they produce is almost the same as the original. I'm thinking to just remove the brand name and change it to mine. what do you think?

In the US this is against the law. Your just ripping their name off the product and putting your own in... But then again your not in the US, your in the Philippines so you will need to consult a local lawyer.

    I think that's illegal..
of course, it will be best to seek permission to your supplier or manufacturer..
& get the agreement, terms & conditions in black & white..
    otherwise, seek legal advice..

or you might want to look for a different source..
if you are keen, I can look for my friend who is doing this shoe business for advice..
let me know on how you intend to work this out..

Yes, please i need some advice from people already did this.

What if I bought the shoe with a brand name and i will not remove its brand but just put design on it. Do you think it's illegal? I have seen many websites doing this kind of stuff.

    Dude,
It is legal, it's called private selling. you need to crack a deal with adidas or nike and they will provide you with unbranded shoes whr you can design the way you want it and sell it under your own brand name.

Talk to some of the manufacturers and ask for white label products (these are usually the manufacturers own products) and they will allow you to brand + decorate how you like.
