    Share allocation question

    Not sure if I am posting this question on the correct section, but here goes:

    * Small start-up technology company
    * 6 equal partners invested $3000 each
    * 2 people investing time on various projects
    * First year revenue should reach about $100,000
    * 2nd year revenue should reach $500k

    What would the valuation of the company be and what would be the share allocation amongst the equal partners?

    How would shares be allocated to the 2 people who are not equal partners? We want to give them shares for past and future work. How many shares would we give them if we want to show $50k value to each of them?

    Thanks,
    Jeff
