This is an excellent book narrated by Robert Kiyosaki. Reading basic self-help and personal finance books can become repetitive and boring. Kiyosaki presents the material in a narrative, so it is interesting from start to finish. I would recommend checking out the book preview on Google. Just do a google book search for Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

As usakos pointed out, there is also a seminar featuring successful business professionals. This is also highly recommended if you have the opportunity to attend.

The book is great, gives you a different perspective on a lot of things, even though it is a bit extreme. One of the best books I have ever read. If you are interested in finance or generally business this should be the first book you ever read.

I have read this book both in English and Chinese, and it is the book that initially inspired me to start a business three years ago.

It is not very content rich, or go much into detail, but it is very inspirational.

If you haven't read it, you should consider doing so.

Although I have never read this book myself, it has been recommended to me by many of my business friends. I'll pick up a copy someday.

I have not read this book, but I have heard both good and bad things about it and its author.

Excellant book. Robert focuses a lot on real estate as a means to developing wealth. However, he's not one of those late night get rich quick from real estate guys. I like him and would recommend the book.
