Highly Recommended - Best Tool for Resume Creation/Enhancing

So, I've been duped by so many resume writing services and have spend upwards of $200 on them that I really just want to share what I've learned so that not everyone goes through it like I did.

Out of all of the extensive resume sites that I've used and tested, the best from personal experience is cvee.me/

It has helped me tremendously and I highly recommend that you at least check it out. Best of luck to everyone!

    *sigh*... Okay a few points...

    1. Resume writing classes and services do NOT work. They're designed for idiots who know nothing about the actual hiring process and even worse, the textbook way of writing resumes are outdated in many cases.
    2. Resume templates are in the same boat.
    3. EVERY job is different. Depending on the type of position you are applying for, you will be writing a entirely DIFFERENT resume than you would for another position.
    4. Resume templates at best, are great for entry level jobs that are so general it doesn't even matter.

If you're looking to apply for a specific position, ignore the templates and cater your resume to the position itself. That said, why are you asking for resume tips on an entrepreneur forum?

Although resume templates are generic, they often provide good inspiration or direction. A good resource I cam across recently... resumetemplatelove.com

    Cool templates

I like to use online creators. They provide a starting point when I don't know how to start. I used resumizer.com they had lots of help and didn't ask of any money even at the end when I printed it.
