Arrow Remi Frazier= a million dollars in 30 days

Have you guys heard of Remi Frazier a 20 year old who went to NYC with $100 and a cell phone and wants to make a million dollars by creating a product. He thought of the product idea as he was flying to NY. Its a tool that can be customized. Well i have been reading his blog for the past few weeks and today is day 30 and tonite is the deadline. I'm not sure if he will be able to sell the product concept for a million dollars. Hes been featured in a few magazines.

Well he didn't reach his million dollar goal and he has placed his product concept on ebay and the bid is at a little over $1,000. Kind of disappointing that he didn't reach it but it's crazy how many people helped him out. What do you guys think about it?

Kid needs to learn how to set 'realistic' goals. Probably could have sold it for a million bucks in 32 days

He should have sold it to current companies offering this type of product, im sure they would snap it up.

He should just run the business himself instead of being a silly bitch. That customizable tool thing is neat.

Nice idea, similar in ways to the million dollar homepage idea but totally opposite because he failed. In fairness if he didn't set himself such a short time span, he might have reached the million.

The reason this guy failed is because he knows absolutely nothing about business.

Do you think you could do it in 30 day?

I think the timescale was way too short.

I absolutely do not think I could do it in 30 days, that's exactly my point. That goes to show you how much he (RF) knows about business. Now Alex Tew (MillionDollarHomePage) knew what he was doing, his plan was actually feasible. Remi Frazier's on the other hand was not.

Even if this guy had attempted to make $1 million in 365 days.... it would still be a hell of a challenge!

Even for the press coverage etc he was trying to get, 30 days is too short a time to get blanket coverage. A longer timescale and it could have gained attention and maybe more success.

But $100 to $3700 in 30 days aint all bad.

Here is a large mistake he made...he didn't know who he was selling it to.
Why would you place your idea for auction up on eBay? Businesses (the ones with the money) don't go perusing around on eBay looking for business opportunities (who does anyways?). That was a large mistake he made. Not knowing who his customer was. The customer is not always the one who uses the product. When you sell dog kennel services, you don't sell to the dog you sell to the one who's paying for it, the master. Sure a dog may like his cage smelling like rotting meat but people won't.
