Hey everyone I'm a new register, I've been checking the site out for some time now and decided to join I live in London England and judging from some info that people leave, I'm propbably the youngest here (16) Im at college at the moment (thats English College for 16-18 year-olds, I know Americans do it differently)

Im interested in real estate (or estate agency as we call it) but were the heck do i start
And check this The average house price were I live is £312,000 thats nerly $547,000 thats over half a million American Dollars. For 3 BEDROOM HOUSE!!

Ok I wanna get my feet on the property ladder, anyone here with the same goal? + anyone from London or England here?

Yep, over here in San Diego i believe the median price reach $600k. I have purchased in cheaper, less violatile markets where the home prices is around $150k and rent for around $1300.
