So for my business I'll need to hire a couple of receptionists to sit at the front desk, I'll really just need them to make appointments, answer calls, and make sure that everything is ready when clients come in. I'm not really sure if I should look for part-time workers or a couple of full time and one part-time. I kind of want two people at the desk at all times. I'm also wondering what I should be looking for in a receptionist, of course he/she should be competent and good with computer as well as reliable but I don't really know what to ask them in an interview. But anything would be helpful, thanks in advance.
