Do you believe by donating part of your profits to charity or supporting a really great product that is badly needed, that you can improve the world? Definitely. I have plenty of friends who are entrepreneurs just so they can have the extra time and money to spend on causes they feel are important.

I donate my time and knowledge all the time. If half of the entrepreneurs out there did the same, there might be a change for the better. Most people seem to think that when you run your own business, there is no work involved. So they get discouraged and quit, when they find out there is work involved, even if they had the knowledge to do it. They need a motivator like me to keep them going. I have helped many people succeed So yes, I think I am making a change for the better.

What about products or services that aim at giving people their rights back... I'd say that is positive... donating to a charity and publishing it is usually just a diversion to all the negative things a company is doing... at least a donation makes them feel good about themselves.

As mother teresa said... if you can't feed a thousand mouths... feed one.

I love helping people! I think if you have the money and/or time to help others you should.

You have to love what you do. Personally i feel better when i help people.

That is a major reason why I decided to work for myself and hopefully eventually become successful; so I can give back and help out to those less fortunate.
