    outlook

    Can anyone tell me of a way to set Microsoft outlook to auto download my e-mail every hour or whatever. Thanks in advance.

    Go to Tools > Options, and there will be an option for that on the very first screen that pops up. Note that OE must remain open in order to download the mail at your set times.

    I do not seem to see it. I am using Microsoft outlook 2002. Need to upgrade I think.

    Try Tools>>Options>>Mail Setup tab>>Send/Recieve>>Check the box for Schedule an automatic send and recieve every...[add the number of minutes between send and recieve in the box]

    That should do it for ya!

    Ahhhh there we are. Thank you. I figure once my online sore is public then I will be notified of new sales via my e-mail and I want to be on top of things. Thank you again.
