I was searching for an e-procurement system and i found Coupa Express.. However, from the manual, it seems like it can be host internally only. It needs RubyGem to run it.
Anyone ever tried to host Coupa Express in their website ?
Or do any of you can recommend me any Free/Open source E-procurement system ?
