The site design seems pretty good overall. I will note that it's a simple design, but that's not necessarily bad. You may want to get rid of all the extra space at the bottom of the page though.

Dont submit to any search engine let them find you,to get picked up by Google quickly you could add your site to digg.com and that can be picked up in just a hour or so.I would say that your site has a future but it does need filling out specially the front page i would say as a stop gap add a few news feeds for new contents.
Forget about revenue at this stage its mainly adding new quality content and building high quality backlinks.
Good luck with your new venture but dont give up as i feel it does have potential.

    Thanks for the feedback!
Definitley needs more content but I am workin on it.

If developing new sites to compliment it, should they have diferent urls or is it just the same to use, wejustgraduated.net for example?

Aye just started my own little web venture, I like having feedback at this stage, for one it gives you the confidence and ideas which are key variables for any sites future.

My suggestion would be just concentrate on the one site at the moment, when i 1st started out many years back i had dozens of sites that was taking up way too much time and these ended up being rubbish sites so go for quality rather than quantity, but saying that i still have about 60 sites up and running at the moment and my main forte is building up a network of Adult sites as that is the area that mucho wongo is made

I think you need to focus the homepage more. I wouldn't signup because I don't know how the site is going to benefit me. The benefits you list are very generic and blah - I can do all of that on Facebook, with people I already know anyway. I think you've got a good idea, but you need to better communicate your benefits to your prospects.

I would focus on content creation. You will find it difficult to create a community without having more 'stuff' for people to look at and interact with. You've ID'd a good niche- now provide what those people need.

Once you have more content- I'd market it to via other social media. FB groups, Fan Pages, Twitter. You'll need to become a resource for your audience.

    I applaud your ambition.

    Goodluck
