Justin, I love the look of the site, but there are a few issues with content and navigation.

Please, please, please drop the useless Flash intro. Whilst it looks nice, it serves absolutely no purpose other than to hinder my access to your site. It will also disadvantage you when it comes to the search engines.

The links on your site look very much like the text. It's hard to see what you should be clicking on.

The font is a Serif style font which is best for use in print. You should really be using a Sans style font, like the one used all over this board, as it is much easier to read on screen.

Your title images don't have any alt tags.

Neither the intro or the homepage give any idea of what the site is all about. People may well give up by that stage if they are in a rush. Even just a simple tag-line message under your main logo would help, but I'm sure you could do more. It's not like you're short of space there!

The colour palette is a little limited and somewhat dark. You could do with adding a highlight colour and using it in key places to even things out a little. A few realted images wouldn't go a-miss either.

Just a few quick suggestions to help you add to what looks like a site with plenty of potential.

Because i deal alot in real estate I was thinking about putting a cityscape in the background of the image at the top. The flash will be gone soon, I wasn't sure about it so I just put it up too see what people thought. Thanks for the advice, you caught some things I have missed!

I like the new look. I don't think the colors are too dark, I think they complement each other.

The flash intro is not necessary, and could be removed. You did a great job on the intro, but it is not something that add's to the site.

Justin, you could try using the flash image at the top of your page for interest if you love it. I do not mind motion, I just hate waiting! LOL!

I agree with the font advice above too!
