Networking Thread

I have searched around and have yet to find a networking thread on YE, which is surprising, i have found these types of threads to be very useful on other forums so i figured why not try here. Hopefully this can be a place where we can help one another out with referrals or direct business. Lets try and leverage this site to develop some professional relationships.

So just post what you/your company does, it's location and anything else you think pertains and questions for other posters

Currently I run a company called Alluring Logic (NY,NY) which develops RFID based Software for a number of industries. Our main focus is inventory management and automated analytic software for retail clothing companies that enhance the customer experience, reduce shrinkage and increase sales efforts.

We design software that delivers high ROI, fast time to benefit solutions addressing a number of retail store execution and supply chain challenges, including:

My primary business is in tailored hosting. Although I have generic plans for the occasional web-surfer, most of my business is via referral for higher end clients then grandma's blog.

I specialize in providing hosting with higher reliability and generally faster speeds. I have clients in the USA, Canada, China, Australia and have set-up complex routing to provide them with local access through a VPN to my primary networks located in TX.

Additionally I provide remote tech support for my larger business clients, with a specific focus on security and encryption. To facilitate technical support I use VOIP services to provide every client with a local phone number.
