mentors are extremely hard to find and i have tried for awhile and never found anyone. If you are a minor, look for teachers at your school or friends parents who are business(wo)man. My classmates friend is the CEO of a large company and she invited me over to talk busines with her dad and I have learned a lot from him, though never really mentored me. Use your connections and look for someone who isn't necessarily a huge business success, but gives good advice and has relevant experience.
Thanks for the advice mxer210 and akula ill be sure to check out score.com

Score stands for The Service Corps of Retired Executives and it might be a good idea to actually call them on the phone. They have a very extensive list of people who are looking to mentor others - possible even in your local area.
