Hello My name is Steve I am from NJ USA and I am just having such a hard time right now. I just turned 20 in September and really want to start focusing on some sort of career or figure out what I am going to do with my life so I can get some what of a head start. I started my first business when i was 18 it was doing well for the first year but then slowly died off and I finally called it quits before taking to much of a loss but anyhow I was just trying to get some advice on what I should look into, what are some good company's/businesses to get involved with also what are your views on the future what would you recommend me going to school for etc etc thanks for your time and support this is why I love this forum because I know great people will help thanks again Steve....

Steve, What is it that you enjoy doing (whether you’ve worked at it or not). What interests you, what would you like to learn? That’s where you need to start. Then explore those ideas. Maybe take a few classes and “shop around”. And study Entrepreneurship on eCommerce. At some point you will find an “intersection” between the two and there will be your business.

After starting quite a few companies, I found that I refuse to start one that has capital payout before profit. This usually lends itself to service related companies or drop ship. Have you thought about that?

My current company gives one hour seminars on business practices, discusses topics on business methods and has weekly "Hamilton Mini Labs" on business tips. Let me know if you want to chat about potential business fits..... I find everyone has something they are passionate about that makes work not seem like work.

you have to sit back and research why did your company fail?
what were your mistakes?
from there you can focus on what it was and that will be your new Business!
