Need help to defend my business
Hi
As some of you know I have a sweet and chocolate business at my school. If you;ve read my article about it in my signature then you'll see that last year I was found out and told to stop but I carried on and it was only a prefect not anyone really important. But today the head of pastoral care and some other teachers confronted me about it, I don't know how they found out about it as I've tried my best to be unseen.
So they said that If I am caught again then I'll be in trouble. And the head of pastoral care has been expelling and suspending people for anything recently.
So the reason I made this thread is so that I can ask you for points that I can confront them with to help support my case for being a young entrepreneur and selling goods.
I already said these points :
I'm not selling what the tuck shop is selling ( explained in article)
They aren't losing money as people still buy form them
It's not illegal for me as there is no rule against it. (to which he replied , I'm telling you to stop)
And those were all I could think of on the spot.
There may be a student council starting and if i get some good points I'll either put mysself forward or ask whoever is my years representive so tell those points.
Thanks for any help. I really enjoy doing this business and is great experiance for the future. I don't think that the school should try to crush this, this will probally be the best and most important thing I get out of school. (maybe)
