looks like we don't have a new number 1.
Does anyone actually watch tennis for themselves, or do they just listen to other people?
Whilst that was one of the best matches in history, Federer is still number 1 in the world. He has won 12 Grand Slams, Nadal 5. Nadal is crap on hard courts. Federer has won 4 US Opens in a row. While I congratulate Nadal on an excellent match, it could have gone either way with the shotspot calls during the second and fifth set.
Lets not call Mr. Nadal #1 until he actually is, because right now, he is still number 2.

I highly doubt Federer will loose his number one ranking, but going into the olympics and the us open it all depends how they do at Toronto TMS and Cincinatti TMS.

But, how does fed keep the number 1 though? isnt nadal, clearly it? last 2 majors, as well as some smaller wins against him. plus fed has lost, i think 8 times this year already
