my cousin met Mark Zuckerberg

He said he's a pretty quiet guy, and looks nervous in groups.

Sounds like your typical "golden geek". Geeks tend to be uncomfortable around people, preferring the company of computers. IMO a lot of these techie billionaires have a sort of godlike status that they don't really fit into very well or in some cases deserve. Some of them, like Steve Jobs, have sandpaper personalities. Others are introverted and consider cocktail parties to be a corporate version of waterboarding. Bill Gates didn't really start dating until his 40s, by which time he was the world's richest man and every woman on earth wanted his money.

Actually, because of their introversion, geeks are better able to handle sudden wealth than a lot of people. Athletes, musicians, and lottery winners tend to blow through their wealth and end up with nothing. If you're too focused on a computer screen to notice all the zeroes being added onto your bank account, you're more likely to keep it.

Last Wednesday's Wall Street Journal had an article on Mark's latest move in his executive board, taking on a former Google exec as his new COO, and the article spoke to his need to surround himself with seasoned exec's, as he will not give up the CEO title but needs to learn how to handle such fast and global growth. Anyway, they also pointed out that the stupid and ever-so-annoying TMZ picture actually was his girlfriend.

His mini god status is interesting, yes. I was walking to my accounting class on Harvard's campus a few months back, and passing a computer science room I saw a sign "Zuckerberg was here". Haha. Awesome.
