    Thumbs down Motivation........

Okay. I have a LOT of trouble staying motivated to do things. It's a bad habit I'll admit, and one I really need to get out of.

I know there are a lot of people the same as me.......

What I'm asking here is - What motivates you to continue??

    Thanks in advance!

    Golly Gosh. You don't say?

No offence, but that has to be the weakest comment to a forum I have seen in a long time....

I dont think that is a week comment at all. A lot of people, actually most people, start businesses for financial freedom.

Im one of those that believes that if you are doing something you love the motivation is naturally there. Anytime I havent been motivated somewhat regularly, its been because my heart wasnt really in the business/occupation.

So I guess: Complete love for what Im doing Motivates me. Not every day, everyone has their lazy days --- but most of the time!

    Thanks Jerimi.

I love what I'm doing... but I get so washed out sometimes that I just get sick of it.

I get a lot of crap from people about what I do and constantly defending myself wears me thin I think...

By the way, I added you in myspace... not sure if you've approved me or not, can't check that email addy at the moment.

Oh I see what youre saying... hmmm.. I can understand too. That could occasionally kill motivation quick!

And Im sure I approved! LOL I approve everyone on there... but I might not have noticed it was you, so sorry bout that!

PS, maybe find a way to not totally compete with ebay - -- just make yourself different enough!

Would I be doing any of this stuff if I wasnt going to get paid for it? No, so everyone who is here is doing it for money.

Muddy, I don't mean to seem rude.

But I currently earn $100 per month doing what I'm doing. That's it. I don't do it for the money.

I know a lot of people that don't.

I have friends in MLM that didn't start out specifically for the money.

Some people start for the challenge, others because they want to stay at home and work... there's a lot of different reasons people do things.

    Cheers,

Not everyone is driven by money, and to tell the truth if you want/are trying to be an entrepreneur because of the chance to get earn wealth your doing it for the wrong reason. Do what you love, and the money will come - not do what you think makes money, and learn to love it.

    Anyway,
When im sitting at my desk and lean back to slack, I see the Lamborghini flag hanging in front of me, and that motivates me to lean foward again and continue with work.

So in conclusion, a Lamborgini drives me. But hopefully I will be driving it one day

    I agree with you F360.

My only motivation is a place I want to move to. I cant move there until I make $30,000 :S

Sometimes I get really tired of what I do, I feel sick even thinking about a computer, at those times I give myself a short vacation to realx from it and power up my batteries. After that I get more motivated again and more creative.

I have a lot of goals set up for my business and I also have alot of dreams in life, that is what generally keeps me motivated. I struggle hard to achieve them.
