Money!!!!

Ok I admit I am a normal hard working 21 year old, I have this great idea for a extreme sport company, everyone I talk to likes the idea, even people I don't even know, I just tell them my idea and they are like, wow dude this will really work.

That is all good and stuff, but I have no money to start the company. I wanted to know if there is anyone out there with a company who can give me ideas of how I can get money to open the door to my dream. Everywhere I go, they say we cant do anything for you, because you are so young. So I have no clue. I know my idea would do really good in my area. I just need my money dreams to come true. Someone please help me in the right direction.

I don't think it is a matter of being young, as much as it is being prepared.

If you can walk up to an investor with a completed business plan, with a complete knowledge of what you are getting into, and a way to capture the dream into them, you will get somewhere.

Young or not, doesn't matter when it comes to financing. Experience, knowledge, and a good management team are what any investor will want to see.

Good luck.

Karen

Write a business plan, and if its as good as the idea you say it is, investors will read it and say "wow". Thats how you can get money for your business idea

I have already did my Biz. plan. They just tell me that I am to young and don't have a lot of experience in Biz. And for the comment about the JOB, I have one, but I don't like it that much. See we biz. people have one thing on our minds, "Business" we cant work anywhere, we cant work for anyone but ourselves. I want to do this right though. I went and got my Business degree form Fresno State College, and I also got a certification in Business though the Central Valley Incubated, the number one Business Org. in California. You would think with all the training I would not need help. But I am needing it really bad. I guess it goes to show you, it is not the amount of the training you have, it is the people you know. Thank for the help everyone, keep it coming.

I'm not sure anyone can tell you what to do, you just have to go out and do it.

You've got THAT point right! It's all about getting the right people to give you the correct guidance. I'd start with a local business owners club of some sort to see if you can get mentorship. If you're sold out to your dream, then you'll do what it takes to find the right people. Build a team first - people who have experience. Your team will back you up and the "investors" will see that you're serious.

Right Place, Right People n Right Time

Hello, Radiojr

Your age means nothing when you have the right heart.

We are neighbors. I live in Madera, California. A school teacher and Entrepreneur learning what the Internet has to offer.

It really matters the timing, the people, and the Business you look into. This year alone I have learned much more about Business than probably in many years combined.

I have look into what other Successful Business Oners are doing and just not try to reinvent the wheel. Maybe that's a route that any young (new) Business Part taker could look into.

Keep in touch to share more.

Thanks,

Ramaci,
