Most of it is a scam...

If you're going to MLM, pretty much the only one that will make any money for you are the ones that involve a LOT of hard work, like Amway.

There is nothing in life that comes easy, MLM is no exception. The key is to get with a company that is has something that people need. I am sure that everyone may need a $40 bottle of magic juice but convincing them of that may be a whole different story. Things to look at before you start
The company
The need in the marketplace
The product
the timing
the compensation

Anyone know how much it costs to franchise a McDonald's? Is it work once you get started? It's VERY expensive and labor intensive. MLM or Network Marketing is like anything else. It requires an investment of capital and effort. The ones you have to watch out for are the ones with no real product or service and that promise enormous returns for doing nothing. Avon and Pampered Chef are both Network Marketing companies, have good products and are very reputable. The key is to do your due diligence before you start!
