Members Only Cigar Club

Alright so I'm investing in a 50/50 partnership with a friend who is starting a members only cigar club. Besides from the obvious protests of going into a partnership and going in with a friend at that... I'd like some general advice.

So the location will be in Ohio, a non smoker friendly state. We will not be able to sell liquor. Instead the members will be able to bring their own bottle that we will hold behind the bar.
We plan to support the operation by cigar sales, membership dues and drink mixes. But I'm not sure this will be enough... so I'd like some reasonable money making ideas for this business. Any input would be appreciated.

Esquire Cigar Club and Cigar Shop

That is a local cigar club in my city. I am not a member, but I do go there to purchase cigars. Very nice place, and I know some individuals will hold business meetings etc...

It appears they just make their profits off of membership and allowing the public to purchase cigars. They also have their own cigar brand.
