I'm 19 years old and I'm taking out a small business loan to make fairly large Restaurant/Cafe in Yemen.

I'm focusing on the following things because the place I got is big enough to accommodate everything.
  • Restaurant
  • Cafe
  • Small Skatepark

I've got 80-90% figured out and covered but I'm looking for more insight.

Any things I should consider before diving in here?

As soon as I get started I'll start a website/blog to make post about how hard it is to make that restaurant and how I deal with things.
