I heard there was an MLM several years back that involved buying houses as part of the getting in process and the whole MLM revolved around buying houses lol. I don't know which MLM it is but I'm sure you can research about it. That's pretty darn high on the list as far as prices goes.

yeah carbon copy is kind of high... although the product they sell is seminars and stufflike that... 15k for a seminar or something like that...
