Looking to interview someone

I'm in an entrepreneurship class because I'm looking to start my own business when I graduate, part of my class is to interview someone who has started their own business and has 3 or more employees working for them. I have struggled with this assignment thus far because most people who are running their own business have very little time. So I am trying to reach out on the internet to find someone who may be willing to answer a few questions for me via email or on this forum. If you can help me that would be really great! If you just respond here it's only around 20 questions and should not take more than an hour I can email you or just post the question here, any help would be greatly appreciated.
