Hello I am Larry Holman I own Gigante catering in West Bloomfield Mi ..We do About 5k a month .We are now looking to buy a restaurant in the same area witch is making 15 to 18k a month I believe if i buy the restaurant advertise run it with my crew and have too companies under one roof I can increase my gross from 20k to 35k counting both companies I will lower overhead increase sales and grew with more events
what I need is they are asking 45k for the restaurant we can get it for 38k

I will offer the loan back in 11 months 12% interest and once loan is paid off I will give a 16% of net share holders check each month for 24 months

My advice is perhaps to discuss this with a Business Attorney (consult) and get his input.
