Exclamation Little Michael Jackson: The 10 Year Old Genius
Here's a YouTube video of the Jackson 5's first ever television appearance, when Michael was only 10 years old. The video quality isn't that great, but you can still tell that Michael was something very, very special. And yes, that's Michael moonwalking at 10 years old - before the moonwalk had even been invented. Incredible!

Contrary to popular belief, no he didn't. That's a myth. The moonwalk is a variation of the reverse camel walk, which was invented by James Brown. However, Michael Jackson is often credited with inventing the moonwalk, because he was the first entertainer most of mainstream America saw do it. But James Brown did it first. That being said, one could easily argue that Michael Jackson perfected the moonwalk, because he took the dance to a whole other level.
