Legal Issues
This is a big fear of all Young Business people. What happens when you do your best to stay within the law and someone still wants to sue you.

I have had my experience with this three times. All quite negative situations, but in the end LUCKILY they all worked out to bearable situations. When you have a big company on the other line wanting to sue you it can be pretty scary. I would recommend you try to find an agreeable compromise because going to court is not cheap.

What are your guys stories?

Luckily my dad is a lawyer, so normally if I have legal realted issues I ask him. Lawyers are expensive though if you are not realted to one or you don't have one as a friend. Your average lawyer is about $150 USD+ an hour.

Hey Mike,

Would you ask your dad if he would give a discount to young entrepreneurs wanting to cover their butts legally?? I think he wouldn't mind getting alot of extra business without having to advertise. Plus, it'd be great for his reputation when getting new clients. And lastly but not leastly, he'd really love his son more =P Let me know
